Country Availability & Payouts

Donations are the lifeblood of a non-profit, and so it's important that our customers understand all of the details on our payouts system. 

In order to start receiving your payouts, you have to setup your account information by navigating to the Settings page and clicking the "Setup Payouts" button. This will redirect you to a secure Stripe page where you will be prompted to enter in all of the necessary information to receive daily payouts of any donations that come through your WishWell fundraiser less the WishWell platform fee (5%) and any applicable processing fees (usually 3-4%).

Once you complete this process, donations can start coming in (even if you haven't enabled WishWell, which starts sending promotional/reminder emails to your donors).

You will be able to update your organization or payment info at any time via this same button on the Settings page in WishWell, as well as view all of your donations and payouts in one easy location. You can export all of this data as a CSV as well if you need.

WishWell now supports organizations in 42 countries! Here's a full list :)
