How to Successfully Launch WishWell

WishWell is a new peer to peer fundraiser that makes raising money for good causes easy and engaging! Here's an article with more info on how it works.

Once you've signed up for WishWell, you will need to get your account setup and market it to your communities of donors to ensure that your first fundraiser is as successful as possible. The great thing about WishWell is that once you have some momentum, the fundraiser maintains itself.

To get started, schedule a time with one of our Customer Advocates at wishwell.ai/kickoff

They will walk you through setting up your account, importing your donors, adding payment details, and marketing WishWell to your donors and beyond.

Here's the main marketing email to introduce WishWell to your community that we can send out for you via WishWell if you like:

Dear FNAME,

I am so thrilled to announce that Hunters Run - PAP Corps has partnered with WishWell to make sending birthday wishes and giving donations to support the PAP Corps easier than ever!

Starting on September 1st, and every quarter after that, you'll get an email with a link to where you can see your Hunters Run neighbors with upcoming birthdays and select those you want to wish happy birthday to (wishwell.ai/huntersrun). Simply, donate $1 per birthday to Hunters Run - PAP Corps via credit card, ach, or apple/google pay, and your selected neighbors and friends will get a card on their birthday from you and everyone else that donated on their behalf.

In order to get this program up and running, we'll need you to register with your name, email, and birthday (we don't need your year!) by going to wishwell.ai/huntersrun&action=register. We only use your data to get birthday wishes for you and to send you order reminders and birthday cards :)
