Sending emails from WishWell

When sending emails from WishWell, it's important to make sure that your members know about the program and are expecting to receive emails from it. All of our emails currently come from experience@onegift.ai, and we strongly suggest notifying your members before using WishWell's emailing feature. Note that all of your members are opted into emails by default, and you can turn off emails for specific members using the Email Order Form checkbox in their member details page.

Here is a draft email that you can modify as you like to send to your members in advance of starting to use our built-in emailing features for placing orders online: 

"Dear PAP Member,

I'm excited to share that you can now place your birthday/anniversary wishes online at wishwell.onegift.ai/makeawish. It's simple, completely secure, and all facilitated by OneGift, which has been contracted out by the PAP Corps and whose fees will be completely covered by PAP headquarters (5% to OneGift, 3.5% + $.50 credit card fees). We will still be mailing paper order forms and accepting check payments like we always have, but if you'd like to switch to this new system and get a quarterly email reminder to place your orders online, please let me know by replying to this message. Please make sure to add experience@onegift.ai to your list of safe senders, as that's where the reminder will be coming from.

And here's one for letting people know about the option of digital cards:

I'm excited to share that you can now receive your cards via email! Please make sure to add experience@onegift.ai to your list of safe senders, as that's where the reminder will be coming from.

Everyone is automatically opted in to get their cards as an email attachment AND a mailed physical card. If you would like to opt out of either method, simply reply to this email, and we'll update the system accordingly.
