User Permissions
We wanted to keep user permissions simple, so it's easy to add, remove, and edit users to give them exactly the access you want quickly. Here are the basics:
- Super Admin: Each organization can have only one Super Admin. Super Admins have complete control over everything. If you are the Super Admin, and set someone else as the Super Admin, WishWell will confirm that you want to transfer the role to that new user. The new Super Admin will then be the only one who can change that role.
- Admins: Admins can do anything that the Super Admin can do except change the Super Admin. Note that only Admins and Super Admins can edit organization Settings.
- Access: the following can be assigned to users to allow them to perform the associated activities. Users can have access to one or many activities:
- Members: This allows users to view, create, and edit members.
- Orders: This allows users to create and edit orders.
- Generation: This allows users to generate order forms, labels, cards, and envelopes, including triggering emails of order forms and cards to members.
- Reports: This allows users to access the reports tab. This includes generating reports and exporting the member list.
Important note: you can't change a user's email. You have to delete the user and create a new one.
