What makes WishWell so seamless, is that you can automate the entire program! Quarterly order requests and follow-ups, secure online ordering for your donors, and cards emailed automatically on birthdays. Once you've set-up WishWell in 15 minutes or less, we'll enroll you and your donors/members in our donor marketing program that will automatically market the new WishWell fundraiser and get your donors hooked to the program that will be earning your organization $50/donor/year in passive annual recurring donations.
All you need to do is watch the donations come in!
Getting Started:
- Register your account at wishwell.ai (2 minutes)
- Enter your organization information and verify the email you want to send from (3 minutes: Settings → Organization Tab)
- Set your minimum donation per wish, default wishers, custom URL, brand color, and upload your logo (2 minutes: Settings → Customization Tab)
- Import your members (7 minutes: Settings → Members Tab) - Member Imports
- Input your payout/bank information (1 minute: Settings → Payouts Tab) - Payouts
- (optional) Add users to your account with various permissions (2 minutes: Settings → Users Tab) - Setup Users
- Enable WishWell! (1 second: Settings → Organization Tab)
- You'll need to have entered a Tax ID
- You must verify your email before enabling WishWell so that your donors know who's sending them emails
- You must have a payout bank setup before enabling WishWell, so we can send you your donations 😀
What happens next:
- The members that you imported will be enrolled in our Donor Marketing Program that will send them an email notifying them of the program as well as a string of messages to encourage them to use WishWell. Learn more about the Donor Marketing Program (DMP) by clicking here.
- You should share the custom URL to members that you haven't imported, so that they can register (process takes your donors 60 seconds, and you can get your URL by pressing the clipboard button in the Settings → Organization Tab:
- In March (quarter 2), June(quarter 3), September(quarter 4), and December(quarter 1), donors will get a series of 3 emails reminding them to make their wishes by the end of the month for the subsequent quarter.
- Donors make wishes: How to make wishes with WishWell. WishWell transfers you your donations less our 5% platform fee and merchant fees (~4%) on a weekly basis along with a donations report via email (.csv format).
- WishWell sends a birthday card with a list of well-wishers to all of your members on their respective birthday (more events coming!).
- You love WishWell so much that you tell all of your friends and colleagues about us, earning a massive referral fee!
